“Thank you for your diligence, kindness and patience over the past few months and for designing such a superb living space.

For me living in this new space has been life affirming and life changing.”

“Naomi, almost by magic, managed to significantly increase the space in which we spend most of our lives (our kitchen/dining room). We are just amazed by how roomy and light our new kitchen is. Her attention to detail is superb, finishings and details that we might have otherwise overlooked are perfect and that gives us so much satisfaction.
As a project manager Naomi fully insulated us both from the stress and trauma associated with having your living space gutted and rebuilt. Naomi brilliantly manages contractors as well as clients, with just the right combination of respect, professionalism and humour, (which is always welcome!)

“Naomi took time and effort to really understand and explore our vision for this space, and it remains my favourite room in the house.
This was a particularly fiddly project, as our en suite bathroom was very small, and although we enlarged it (without compromising our bedroom at all, thanks to Naomi's solution) it meant that only one person could work in the space at any one time. Naomi was fantastic at ensuring the project didn't drag on, despite these obstacles, prodding all the different contractors involved to use their time efficiently, and coming up with creative solutions that meant time was well spent.”

“Before hiring Naomi, we never knew where to put anything and were always surrounded by clutter. She transformed what we called "the dumping zone" into a beautiful, colourful and practical set of cupboards and drawers. I gave Naomi a list of everything we wanted to store and she came back with a number of considered and creative solutions designed exactly to fit our things. We have ended up with a wall of cupboards and drawers that store all our stuff (skateboards, coats, filing cabinets, school bags and more) that is also a work of art.
Naomi also worked her magic on a set of kitchen cupboards and drawers that fit neatly into an alcove. Once again, she designed them to fit the things we need to store. The end result is a discrete, practical and stylish kitchen unit that holds an incredible amount of stuff.”

“We’ve lived in our flat for 15 years and overtime found we had outgrown the space. The place had become cramped and scruffy and it was time for change. We love our neighbourhood so didn’t want to move - nor could afford to - so decided to take the plunge and renovate the property. Having Naomi on board to help was such a great decision. The project was completed within budget and time. With just the right level of patience and sensitivity Naomi has transformed our flat that once again, we are proud to call home.”

“Naomi is a remarkable interior architect / designer and project manager, and we would enthusiastically recommend her.  She combines thorough practicality with a very good imagination for arranging space, and a lovely eye for colour and textures as well.

She has been responsible for two distinct projects for us, at different times; both involving the conversion of a single room into a wholly new space.  She designed and project managed both conversions and dealt with all aspects of the construction and took the pressure off us completely.

The first project involved the conversion of a bedroom (big enough for two single beds but not much more) into a bedroom / playroom for our two boys, then aged 8 and 6.  She designed bespoke bunk beds, and a deceptively simple but well thought out, and visually very satisfying, double desk combined with a bookshelves and wardrobes opposite.

The second project was more complex. We gave her a difficult brief: it involved the conversion of a small bedroom into a combined dressing room, with generous wardrobes, an en-suite and study area. We also wanted to accommodate substantial bookshelves within the space. She came up with a series of ingenious designs which made use of all the available space and is, again, very satisfying visually.

Her sense of simplicity, as well as judicious use of colour (both soft and bright palettes) and her intelligent use of space make her ideal as a designer.  Her efficiency makes her ideal as a project manager.  And she is also very nice and very friendly!”
